Bilt went the other way and will stop paying 4% Bilt Cash to anyone approved from January 1, 2027.

Past the table, Hyatt takes up to 25% off paid stays at 1,262 hotels when you book by December 8 (Upgraded Points), and Amex points go to Marriott at 1:1.35 through December 10. American Airlines Vacations pays 5 to 11 AAdvantage miles per dollar on packages booked by December 31, depending on your status. The miles are split evenly among everyone on the booking (Frequent Miler).
New & elevated card offers
- Chase’s Southwest Plus pays 80,000 points after $1,000 in 3 months with a $99 fee. The Premier pays 85,000 after $2,000 ($149), and the Priority pays 90,000 after $3,000 ($229). If you’re approved by December 2, Southwest’s 2027 help page says the bonus counts toward a pass valid through December 31, 2027, “even if the spend threshold is met in early 2027.”
- Delta’s Reserve Business card still pays 200,000 miles after $20,000 in 6 months, through November 4. At 1.2 cents a mile, the bonus is worth about $2,400 before the $650 fee.
- The Citi AAdvantage Executive pays 125,000 miles. One Mile at a Time says the offer ends soon without a date. Our Executive review runs the numbers on its $695 fee.
- Chase sent targeted offers on Ink cards this week, up to 125,000 points on the Ink Preferred and $1,200 on the Ink Cash and Ink Unlimited (Doctor of Credit). Our post on targeted Chase offers shows where to look for one.
Devaluations & program changes
- Bilt retires Flexible Bilt Cash for accounts opened on or after January 1, 2027. If you hold a Bilt card now, you keep 4% by choosing Flexible Bilt Cash in the Bilt app before your first 2027 card anniversary. Bilt Cash also lasts 12 months now, and Bilt’s announcement says, “Starting 1/1/27, Bilt Cash hotel redemptions change from monthly to twice a year.”
- Fees on the Citi AAdvantage Platinum Select and Business cards go from $99 to $150 a year on January 24, 2027, per American Airlines. Both add up to $100 back on inflight purchases and a $120 Global Entry or PreCheck credit. The Executive card picked up an inKind dining credit worth up to $200 a year (Frequent Miler).
- Citi added Copa ConnectMiles on October 25. Transfers are 1:1 from the Strata Premier and Strata Elite and 1,000 points to 700 miles from no-fee cards.
- Best Western Rewards becomes WorldHotels Rewards on January 5, 2027 (BWH Hotels). Points keep their value, five tiers shrink to three, and the new earning and award rates come out on November 16.
- Wyndham Rewards launched Homes & Havens, nearly 800 vacation rentals with awards from 15,000 points per bedroom a night, booked by phone at least 60 days out (Wyndham).
- Amex Blue Cash Reward Dollars now go 1:1 into an Amex High Yield Savings Account, as the Blue Cash Preferred page shows.
- United started selling “Basic” domestic first class fares with no free seat choice and a $199 change fee, One Mile at a Time reports. Check the fare name before you pay for first class on United.

What to watch next week
Both Delta Reserve offers end on November 4, and the IHG and Alaska points sales follow on November 5 and 7. If you already pay for seats.aero PRO, stay subscribed past November 9 to keep the $9.99 monthly price.
WorldHotels says it will publish the new program’s earning and award rates on November 16. We’ll compare them with Best Western Rewards once they’re out.
The bottom line
The Southwest cards are the week’s best deal for anyone who flies Southwest with the same person. On the Plus card, 80,000 points plus 1,000 points from the spending come to 81,000 points, about $1,013 at 1.25 cents a point, or roughly $914 after the $99 fee. The Companion Pass comes on top if you reach 135,000 qualifying points, and approval after December 2 means the bonus no longer counts toward one.
Bilt cardholders who earn 4% Bilt Cash today should choose Flexible Bilt Cash in the Bilt app before their first 2027 anniversary. If you do nothing, your card moves to housing-only rewards on that date.
