Singapore Airlines is taking 30% off selected November 2026 Saver awards, which puts Los Angeles, San Francisco and Seattle to Singapore at 30,800 KrisFlyer miles one way in economy instead of 44,000. You have to book by October 31, 2026, fly between November 1 and 30, and accept a ticket you can’t change or cancel. This is the November round of the monthly sale we covered for October travel, and this month the West Coast gets more routes than New York does.
The deal
- Offer: 30% off Saver awards on listed flights, per Singapore’s Spontaneous Escapes page.
- Program: Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer, a Star Alliance program.
- Booking window: now through October 31, 2026.
- Travel dates: November 1 to 30, 2026, with blackout dates on most flights.
- Economy: Los Angeles, San Francisco or Seattle to Singapore for 30,800 miles each way (normally 44,000). Frankfurt to New York JFK for 19,250 miles (normally 27,500).
- Premium economy: New York JFK to Frankfurt and back for 39,900 miles each way (normally 57,000). Singapore to San Francisco for 55,300 miles (normally 79,000).
- Business class: none on any U.S. route this month.
The “normally” prices come from the KrisFlyer Saver award chart, effective November 1, 2025. Each sale price is exactly 70% of the chart price, so 44,000 × 0.7 = 30,800.
U.S. flights and blackout dates
Only the flight numbers on Singapore’s list qualify. On a round trip, both directions have to be listed flights, or the discount drops off.

Seattle has the fewest blackouts, with 26 open days outbound. San Francisco to Singapore is the hardest, since SQ31 is blacked out from November 6 to 22.
Key terms
- Dates: Singapore says to “Book your award flight by 31 October 2026 and travel between 1 and 30 November 2026, both dates inclusive”.
- No changes or refunds: the program’s own FAQ answers “No, any change is strictly not permitted for bookings made under this promotion.” Cancelling isn’t allowed either, even on an unused ticket.
- Round trips: both flight numbers must appear on the promotion list for the discount to apply.
- Taxes: the discount covers miles only. Taxes and fees are charged on top in cash.
- Where to book: singaporeair.com or the SingaporeAir app, under Promo Awards, while logged in to your KrisFlyer account. Seats are limited and go first come, first served.
How to book
- Log in and search your dates as an award booking on singaporeair.com. Normal Saver awards are explained on the KrisFlyer redemption page, and the 30% price shows only on listed flights.
- Confirm a seat on the exact flight number before you move any points. Transfers to KrisFlyer are one way.
- Transfer the exact miles you need from one bank. Capital One’s transfer partner page lists KrisFlyer among the airlines converting Capital One miles at 1:1, and Amex Membership Rewards, Chase Ultimate Rewards, Citi ThankYou and Bilt transfer at 1:1 too.
- Finish ticketing by October 31, 2026.
Tip: if you opened a new Amex card this month, its points now sit in a separate account. Link the accounts first, or the transfer screen will show a smaller balance than you expect.
Our take
The West Coast economy fares are the best value in this round. A Los Angeles to Singapore round trip, say out November 4 and back November 21, costs 61,600 miles instead of 88,000. That saves 26,400 miles, worth about $541 at the 2.05 cents per point we use for Chase Ultimate Rewards in our points valuation guide.
The one-way premium economy seat from Singapore to San Francisco at 55,300 miles saves 23,700 miles, about $486 at the same rate. Since the sale lists only that direction, it suits someone already in Asia who wants a wider seat home. Frequent Miler also flags the New York to Frankfurt premium economy price at 39,900 miles, which matches October’s sale.
Book only with fixed dates. A no-change ticket turns a 30,800-mile deal into 30,800 lost miles if your plans move. If November is open for you and you hold transferable points, we’d check the Seattle and Los Angeles flights first. You’ll find the cards earning those points in our best travel credit cards guide, and our transfer basics guide explains how moving bank points to an airline works.
