New York JFK to Frankfurt in premium economy costs 39,900 KrisFlyer miles one way instead of 57,000. You have to book by September 30, 2026, fly between October 1 and 31, and accept a ticket you cannot change or cancel.

Which US routes are in the October sale?
The Singapore Airlines Spontaneous Escapes sale for October 2026 includes four flights touching the United States, all in economy or premium economy. Only the flight numbers listed on Singapore's promotion page qualify, and on a round trip both directions have to be listed flights. The page adds that "Taxes and fees will apply in addition to the required redemption mileage and must be paid separately by the passenger."
New York JFK to Frankfurt, SQ25, premium economy, 39,900 miles. Blackout October 3 to 5.
Frankfurt to New York JFK, SQ26, premium economy, 39,900 miles. Blackout October 3 to 7.

SQ25 and SQ26 are the New York leg of Singapore's Singapore to Frankfurt to New York route. Singapore Airlines sells the Frankfurt to New York segment on its own, so you fly a long-haul airline across the Atlantic without going anywhere near Singapore.

Is 39,900 miles a good price for premium economy across the Atlantic?
Singapore Airlines charges 57,000 KrisFlyer miles for a Saver premium economy award between New York and Frankfurt on a normal day, so the October sale saves 17,100 miles each way. If those miles came from transferable bank points worth about 2 cents each, the saving is about $340 per one-way ticket. AwardWallet lists the regular and discounted prices side by side.
The price comes with three conditions. Travel is limited to October 2026. The listed blackout dates apply. And One Mile at a Time notes these awards do not follow normal KrisFlyer rules, so once booked they cannot be changed or cancelled. Per The MileLion, a refund only happens if Singapore cancels the flight or entry rules make the trip impossible.
Book it when your October dates are fixed. Skip it when they are not.

Ticket by the end of September 30, 2026. Upgraded Points and Travel on Points both flag the deadline as the end of the month.
