Who gets into BlueHouse for free now?
Starting August 27, 2026, JetBlue gives complimentary BlueHouse access to Mosaic 4 members, JetBlue Premier cardmembers, and anyone departing on a Mint or Mint Flex fare. The Mint change is the new part. Mint is JetBlue's lie-flat business class. Until now a domestic Mint ticket, say New York to Los Angeles, bought you a flat bed and nothing on the ground. That gap is closed. Mosaic 4 members and Premier cardmembers bring one guest free, then pay $39 per additional guest. Mint customers pay $39 for every guest with no free one included.

JetBlue sells one-time BlueHouse passes at the check-in desk when space allows. Mosaic 3 members and their eligible guests pay $59 per person. Mosaic 1 and 2 members, plus JetBlue Plus and Business cardmembers, pay $79 per person. Entry opens three hours before your scheduled departure, and you need a confirmed same-day boarding pass on a Mint, Mint Flex, EvenMore, EvenMore Flex, Main or Main Flex fare.

What is Mint Base, and why does it matter?
Mint Base is a cheaper JetBlue Mint fare the airline says is coming in the coming weeks. It puts you in the same lie-flat seat and strips the extras. JetBlue's announcement says Mint Base "will not include BlueHouse access or complimentary advanced seat selection, and fees will apply to changes and cancellations."
Read the two announcements together and the shape is clear. JetBlue widened lounge access to Mint, then created a Mint fare that does not get it. The give and the take arrived in the same press release.
For you, the practical effect is at booking. A Mint fare and a Mint Base fare will sit next to each other on the same flight with different prices. If the gap is under about $50 each way and you have a long connection, the lounge and free seat selection are worth covering.
What is inside the Boston lounge?
BlueHouse Boston occupies 12,000 square feet of Terminal C, across from gate C25, making it larger than the roughly 9,000 square foot BlueHouse New York. The food is plated and hot rather than buffet, with items like North Shore roast beef sliders and crab and shrimp rolls. Coffee comes from George Howell, beer from The Publick House, and the cocktail list was built by Jackson Cannon of the Boston bar Equal Measure.
Beyond food, there is a game room called The Dugout, a Library Workspace with private call rooms modeled on the Boston Public Library, and a Richard Scarry mural made exclusively for JetBlue. The airline is running more than 133 daily departures from Boston to 68 destinations this summer, including nine daily nonstops to Europe.

If you fly Mint out of Boston or New York, you gained a benefit worth real money and you did not have to do anything. Check your existing bookings. A Mint or Mint Flex ticket already issued for travel on or after August 27 gets you in.
